Rotary Slotter Machine Use and Characteristics:
This series corrugated paperboard separating paper rolling line cutting corner opening slot machine, is a comprehensive production equipment which integrate several process such as cutting corner, rolling line and slicing side, the main characteristic is feeding single paperboard by hand, general flexural paperboard is applicable too.

Rotary Slotter Machine Specific Introduction:
Slotting tool apron can be turned 360 degree positive and reverse, circularly adjusted, adopt motor micro-adjusting equipment, convenient to operate, accurate adjusted size, locking reliable and slotting accuracy. Taiwan showdown brake motors,coded pulse monitor, sensitive and
accurate, microcomputer show, memory is memory and automatic zero adjustment phase (choose) function. Slotted synchronized adjustments on the line and save time. Lubricating system adopt the type of spraying self-lubricate.
Rotary Slotter Machine Main Functions:
- Aircraft used spray lubrication of the transmission gear all play a role lubrication.
- Rubber roller with knives roller gap adjust by manual. The rubber roller lift and down by pneumatic . Rubber adopt roller can shift move 40mm left and right.
- The speed : max speed 60pcs /max ,work speed : 40-50pcs/min
- Down knives cushion adopt import rubber cushion , down axle can be lift-lower by pneumatic , not spoil the rubber cushion when axle no-load running and adjusting phase .
- Down axle can auto movement transversely , rotary die-cutter auto change position , ensure cut mark never reiteration . The rubber cushion use life has greatly enhanced .
- Up knives adopt import euro rule , it installed on the mould very conveniently , increase the rubber cushion use life , suggestion the customer use it .
- Adopt posttensioning out the paper , easy dispose of paper trimmings .
- Die cut adjust use the electrical phase adjust, convenient and quick .
- Main gear of transmission part thickness is 50mm , it use 45# steel , adopt helical gear driving and processed by high frequency quenching . Auto sprinkle lubricating system, ensure the machine precise and use life .
- All pressure adjustment by turbine box .
